Sports Bodywork
Designed specifically for athletes to alleviate muscle soreness. Sports bodywork also promotes recovery from physical exertion and increases flexiblity and range of motion.
 
Prenatal/Pregnancy Massage
Designed specifically for women who are expecting. Prenatal/Pregenancy massage focuses on relieving muscle aches and joint pain, lessening anxiety and decreasing localized swelling.
 
Hot Stone Massage
Designed to penetrate deep into the body. Hot stone massage creates intense relaxation in the body, allowing for detoxification and purification by stimulating blood circulation.
